2018 Preseason
Walt Coleman will lead 2018 Hall of Fame Game crew
Walt Coleman and his crew will be on hand in Canton, Ohio for this year’s Hall of Fame Game.
The 99th season in NFL history begins Thursday from the place where it all began — Canton, Ohio, home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Football Zebras has confirmed that Walt Coleman, who is beginning his 30th season, will be the referee in the first preseason game of 2018 between the Ravens and Bears. Unlike referees in prior seasons, he will be working with his regular crew. Coleman and his crew were split among training camps this week in Chicago and Baltimore working with the teams who will face off in this game, teaching the players and coaches the new rules for the upcoming season.
