Here are the referee assignments for the final week of the NFL’s centennial season, as the postseason nears.

Tony Corrente will be the referee for Game 256 — the Sunday night game between the 49ers and Seahawks which will determine who will win the NFC West, and who will enter the postseason as the NFC’s fifth seed. Scott Novak and his crew have the week off.

All games are on Sunday and are listed below based on their impact on the playoff picture. Potential (or clinched) playoff seeds are shown in superscripted numbers, with zeros indicating teams that have not clinched a playoff spot. Times listed are Eastern.

Update: The potential seedings and their impact on the playoff picture have been updated to reflect the Chiefs’ win over the Bears on Sunday night, and the Packers’ win over the Vikings on Monday night.
